Imithente – Umathandana (Free Audio)

“Umathandana” brings together Imithente, Imithente Legacy, Ama Casanova and Amahle for a new Maskandi release with a strong collaborative identity. The song is part of the project Umakoti Egoyile and is scheduled for release in 2026, adding another title to Imithente’s recorded body of work.

At the centre of the release is Imithente, joined by Imithente Legacy, Ama Casanova and Amahle. Their combined presence gives “Umathandana” a clearly defined ensemble character, with the featured artists included as an important part of the song’s presentation rather than as an afterthought.

“Umathandana” is rooted in Maskandi, placing the release within a genre known for its distinctive musical language and expressive storytelling tradition. The track’s title, artist line-up and project connection position it as a focused entry in the broader Umakoti Egoyile release.

The song is set to arrive on 23 October 2026. With its confirmed release date, “Umathandana” offers listeners a clearly scheduled addition to the 2026 Maskandi calendar and provides an opportunity to experience a collaboration featuring Imithente, Imithente Legacy, Ama Casanova and Amahle.

As part of Umakoti Egoyile, the track contributes to the identity of a wider project rather than standing alone as an unrelated release. Its place within the project gives listeners another reason to explore the full body of work when it becomes available, while the collaboration keeps the song’s individual presentation firmly in focus.

“Umathandana” is a 2026 Maskandi release from Imithente featuring Imithente Legacy, Ama Casanova and Amahle. Mark 23 October 2026 on the calendar for the arrival of the song and its connection to Umakoti Egoyile.
