Khuzani – Abanye Bayaphika (Free Audio)

Khuzani returns with “Abanye Bayaphika,” a Maskandi release from the 2025 project Inhlanhla Izanebhadi. The song arrives on 21 November 2025, adding another entry to a project that reflects the artist’s continued presence within the genre.

With its title meaning “Others Deny,” “Abanye Bayaphika” presents a direct and memorable identity before the first note is even heard. The track’s placement within Inhlanhla Izanebhadi makes it part of a broader body of work released during an important year for Khuzani.

The song is firmly rooted in Maskandi, placing its focus within one of South Africa’s most distinctive musical traditions. Khuzani’s name is central to the release, giving “Abanye Bayaphika” a clear artistic identity while allowing the track to stand on its own as part of the 2025 project.

Inhlanhla Izanebhadi provides the setting for “Abanye Bayaphika,” connecting the single to a complete project rather than presenting it as an isolated release. The album title, which translates to “Luck Is Unfortunate,” adds a striking layer of contrast to the song’s title and gives the project a strong thematic presence.

Released on 21 November 2025, “Abanye Bayaphika” is available as part of Khuzani’s Inhlanhla Izanebhadi. For listeners drawn to Maskandi and South African music, the track offers a chance to experience a new release from one of the genre’s recognised names while exploring the wider project around it.
