# Black Motion Announces Deep House Album “Pula le Maatla” Full Album Zip Download
Black Motion will release their Deep House album *Pula le Maatla* on 23 October 2026, presenting a 12-track project built around an expansive cast of vocalists, musicians and collaborators. The album’s tracklist points to a richly collaborative release, with recurring contributions from spice drums, Thabo Roy Mabogwane and Mpho Thobejane helping connect its different movements.
Across *Pula le Maatla*, Black Motion draw on a wide range of guest artists and arrangements rather than relying on a single featured voice. The opening track, “A Mother’s Prayer”, features spice drums, Aus Nomsa and Thabo Roy Mabogwane, while “Ngonyama” brings together Imacsoul, the Tshwane Gospel Choir, Mr. Mercedes, Malusi Menzi Dlodlo and Mercedes Mahlatse Boshego among others. These large ensembles suggest a project designed to give its Deep House foundation a broad, communal scale.
The album also makes room for more specifically framed pieces. “Prayer for Women” is identified as an Afro-Jazz Interlude, “Umalambane” arrives as an Afrocentric Mix, and “iButho” is presented as an Ancestral Mix. Those titles and formats give the tracklist a clear sense of variation, positioning the album as more than a sequence of similarly structured club tracks.
Vocally, the project includes appearances from LivinSz on “Ubumnandi”, “Izulu lam (My Heaven)” and “Dali”, alongside Joe Nina, King Monopoly, S-Que, Miss Q, Nobuhle and Tlabzin across other songs. Philharmonic appears on both “Empilweni” and “Thonga”, while the Tshwane Gospel Choir adds another ensemble presence to “Ngonyama”. The repeated involvement of Thabo Roy Mabogwane and Mpho Thobejane gives the album a consistent thread amid its many collaborations.
The closing “Angola Swing (Bonus Track)” adds Studio Bros and performers from Angola, including Miguel de Assis Carvalho Batista and Fabio Miguel da Almeida Pinto. As a bonus track, it extends the project’s collaborative reach beyond the main sequence and provides a distinct final entry in the album’s broad Deep House palette.
With twelve tracks, several ensemble-led performances and a mix of Afro-Jazz, Afrocentric, Ancestral and bonus-track variations, *Pula le Maatla* is worth watching for listeners interested in expansive South African Deep House releases. Its strongest defining feature, based on the available tracklist, is the scale of its collaboration: Black Motion place their production at the centre of a project populated by choirs, vocalists, instrumental contributors and recurring creative partners.
