Rush-Awa

Rush-Awa’s self-titled album, *Rush-Awa*, is set for release on 23 October 2026, bringing together a wide-ranging cast from South Africa’s hip-hop scene across 15 tracks.

The project is defined by its scale. MashBeatz and DJ Sliqe appear throughout most of the tracklist, creating a consistent production and collaboration thread, while the guest list connects established names with newer voices. The album also includes a remix of “Ballon d'Or”, featuring Focalistic, Giftinperson and Mfanatouchline alongside MashBeatz and DJ Sliqe. “Mama”, featuring issi and Emtee, stands out as the only track listed without MashBeatz and DJ Sliqe, while the closing song, “Pray 4 It”, brings together 25K, Saint Cielo, Thato Saul and Mochen.
